Description

19 inches long, sharp and pointy blade.
Original, vintage African battle lance or spear from the Ngbandi people in the Congo; around 1900.
Wood shaft partially wrapped with thick iron band, a small section with copper band.
Ornate carved wooden center piece.
Short and thick iron finial called "kaba" indicating that this was a valuable spear.
Length: 58.8 inches
