EDCO CPM-8 scarifier in running condition.   GX270 Honda engine starts on the first pull and runs well.  It has clean fuel in the tank. I've used it in our warehouse to even out a few spots and it cuts properly.
The only issue I've found is that the throttle cable is stuck at about 3/4 throttle. There is a secondary hand lever on the motor that can be used instead, and the shut off button on the handlebars works properly. However this is the speed it seems to cut best at.
